each of which are tailored to suit the
needs of different people.
The different options broadly fall under the following categories:
Part Time Freelance Teacher
Teachers who work for less than 20 hours per week for us are most often freelance. This may be the start of a pathway towards a PAYE role, or it may be the teacher’s preference to remain freelance.
Part Time PAYE Teacher
Teachers who work 20-28 hours per week without an additional role.
Full Time PAYE Teacherwith additional Admin Role
Teachers who work 30-35 hours per week with an additional admin role.
Full Time PAYE Teacher with additional Specialist Role
Teachers who work 30-35 hours per week with an additional specialist role such as music production, Graphic Design or HR.
Full Time PAYE Teacher& Training Manager
Teachers who work for 30-35 hours per week, with an additional teacher training role.
